The situation of 2019-nCoV outbreak is under controlling in Singapore and we are moving to phase 2 of reopening after the circuit breaker periods.

As you might be aware, under phase two, retail outlets will be allowed to reopen with safe distancing measures in place.

Hence, our Ubi collection point will be resumed the self-collect service from 1st July 2020.

Besides, the Park N Parcel has will also resumed the service from 1st July 2020.

Kindly follow the SOP, Term and Condition for the self-collection below.

1.Wearing Face Masks all the time

2.Make sure that you are good condition of health and your body temperature is below 37°C.

3.Scan the Safe Entry QR code before entering.

4.Keep the social distancing at least 1m while queuing or receiving parcel.

5.Follow ALL the instruction by our warehouse staff.

If you are unable to fulfil one of the T&C above, SGshop won’t offer any self-collect parcel service and asking you to leave immediately. (We will blacklist you for the self-collection service)
