UI / UX Intern
    Job Description
  • You will work closely with an international development team to flush out awesome designs which drives the vision of our entire product proposition for our users and make sure our company’s aesthetic image serves its overall business strategy.
  • These designs include mock-ups, functional wireframes, product/site architecture, page flows and screen layouts with consideration given to user-centered design (UCD) processes.
  • In short, you will be tasked with designing addictive interfaces that a blind man can identify with and get hooked on. :)
    Requirements
  • Adobe Creative Suite (PS/Illustrator/etc) or equivalent are a must.
  • Javascript/HTML/CSS (preferably with experience in HTML5/CSS3) and front end coding experience are a good to have but not compulsory.
  • Previous portfolio of user interface/experience projects are a plus point
  • Responsive web design experience is a bonus

    Job Description
  • Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the payroll processing for employees and ensure the process is properly executed in accordance to the bank’s and local regulatory guidelines and policies.
  • Manage and handle monthly submission of statutory funds.
  • Prepare payroll entries for general ledger booking.
  • Keeping the HR database updated on a timely basis.
  • Apply, renewal and cancel foreign staff work permit.
  • Administering leave application and attendance record in the leave system.
  • Full spectrum of recruitment.
  • Renewal of Group Insurances.
  • Assist manager in annual performance appraisal exercise, annual increment and bonuses.
  • Handle staff disciplinary issues.
  • Manage total company training plan and training budget.
  • Manage budget of employee engagement activities.
    Requirements
  • Diploma or degree with Minimum 2 years working experience in HR.
  • Independent and able to handle multi-tasking.
  • Proficient PC skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
