16/03/2017 How we operate

  • After you place order

    Finance Team
    If you have made your payment via credit card, you will receive an immediate confirmation notification. If you opted to top up your account credit balance (via iBanking or ATM transfer), a confirmation notification will be sent within 24 hours.
    Purchase Team
    After confirmation, our Purchase Team will place your order. Once the order has been successfully made, we will update the order status on our website. Do note that if the details of your order are unclear, the status will be changed to “Problematic”. We require more information from you before we proceed with the purchasing.
  • Seller send out goods to our China warehouse

    Inspection Team
    Items will be inspected once they arrive at our warehouse in China. We check that the quantity, size, and colour are correct. We also check for any obvious visual defects.
    Note: Do note that we are unable to check for authenticity, quality, and functionality. We are also unable to check items that are sealed with an original packaging or are in a wooden crate (by the sellers).
  • China Warehouse Team

    After inspection is completed, a notification will send to you either via SMS or Email according your notification setting. Then you can submit delivery details and international shipping method for your parcel. After you fill in all the details needed, you need to pay for the second payment (International Shipping Fee + Clearance Fee + Service Fee + Optional Local Delivery). After you pay, our warehouse team will arrange for the earliest possible shipment date to Singapore.

    Shipment via (1) Express Air, (2) Economy Air, and (3) Special Air are made daily.

    Shipment via (4) Normal Sea and (5) Economy Sea are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

    We allow customer to submit the orders together and will consolidate your orders in single shipment to save cost on purchase.

    Singapore Warehouse Team
    Once your goods have arrived in Singapore, we will arrange collection/delivery method according to your selection earlier via these options: 
    Budget delivery
    Park ‘N Parcel
    Self-collection at our warehouse at Ubi
  • Receiving your goods
    Self Collection
    If you have chosen to pick-up your parcel from our warehouse in Ubi, please provide our team with your SGshop details for verification. These consist of your username, collection ID, and contact number.
    For Home Delivery
    You can sign up for a preferred time-slot - during which the delivery will be made. If you do not require delivery at a specific date or time, you are encouraged to opt for our budget home delivery service so that you save more on delivery charges.
