Upon your item’s arrival into Singapore, you will be able to select your delivery/collection choice.
Click on the ‘Arrived SGshop’ tab, followed by ‘Submit Delivery’. Select your desired delivery/collection method, fill in the details, and submit. Invoice will be printable after your 2nd Payment.
We provide FIVE different kinds of delivery/collection methods:
Buy For Me Delivery Rates :
● Flat rate S$4.90 for parcels with a total chargeable weight less than 8kg.
● Flat rate S$7.90 for parcels with a total chargeable weight equal to or more than 8kg.
● Flat rate S$14.90 for parcels with a total chargeable weight equal to 20kg or less than 100kg.
● Flat rate S$24.90 for parcels with a total chargeable weight 100kg onwards
● Every extra 100kg will be charged at S$14.90
*Above flat rates are for next day deliveries without choice of time slots.
You can top up additional $3 per parcel for next day delivery within your preferred time slot.
Ship For Me Delivery Rates :
● Flat rate of S$5.90 for parcel total chargeable weight below 8kg.
● Flat rate of S$8.90 for parcel total chargeable weight from 8 -15kg.
● Flat rate of S$14.90 for parcel total chargeable weight from 15-30kg.
● Flat rate of S$19.90 for parcel total chargeable weight from 30-50kg.
● Flat rate of S$29.90 for parcel total chargeable weight above 50kg.
● Every extra 50kg will be charged at S$14.90
Delivery Time Slots (Monday to Saturday):
Normal parcels (Below 20kg)
1. Submit and pay before 3pm today: Delivery next working day.
2. Submit and pay after 3pm today: Delivery the day after tomorrow or any date after tomorrow.
1. Submit and pay before 10am on Saturday: Delivery next Monday or any date after Monday.
2. Submit and pay after 10am on Saturday: Delivery next Tuesday or any date after Tuesday.
3. We only deliver to Residential Addresses on Saturday.
Bulky parcels (Above 20kg)
Delivery will be arranged within 3 working days upon receiving your 2nd Payment.
● Please ensure that payment for delivery is submitted after you have made your transfer via iBanking/ ATM and payment has been confirmed by the Finance Team.
● Home delivery is available from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Singapore Public Holidays.
● The rates above are for delivery to the residential address on lift accessed floors. We are unable to deliver to army camps, airport, Sentosa Island, Downtown East, Jurong Island, Tuas and other restricted or remote areas. Extra costs will be required based on availability for delivery to these areas. Please contact us for more details.
● The rates above are for delivery to address on lift-accessed floor, provided that the parcel can fit into the lift. Otherwise, additional charge may be incurred for carrying the parcels up to the designated floor/unit based on the situation. Alternatively, you may also bring up the parcels on your own arrangement.
● Please remain contactable on your phone within your preferred delivery time-slot for instant communication or changes.
● Undelivered parcels would be brought back to our main warehouse the next working day, and you may re-arrange for another delivery.
● Re-delivery is chargeable from the third time onwards at $3.90 per delivery or you can opt to self-collect your parcels at our warehouse.
● There is a quota for each home delivery time-slot; it will be unavailable once the quota limit reached. You can make other arrangements instead.
● In the unfortunate event of vehicle break down / weather delays leading to a failed delivery, the delivery team will re-arrange the delivery to the next available delivery slot.
We have teamed up with bluPort to offer Locker Collection.
Instead of delivering your parcel to your home address, you can now select Locker Collection and self collect your parcels at a preferred location and time that is convenient for you!
Once your package is delivered to the locker, you will receive an SMS/email with a unique pick-up code that includes the locker location and timeframe for collection.
Enter your pickup code and follow the instructions on the screen when you arrive to collect your package.
All locker parcels must be collected within 48 hours. If you’re unable to collect your parcel within 48 hours, your parcel will be returned to us. Rescheduled delivery can be arranged at the same flat rate of $2.70 per collection.
Flat rate of $2.70 per collection for items weighing 10kg or less and parcels measuring 50*30*25 or less. Suitable for clothes, accessories and small items.
MRT Station Delivery (No additional charges)
Only available for items weighing 8 kg or less.
Free-of-charge service, item is delivered to designated MRT station and designated timeslot.
SMS notification will be sent on day of collection.
Strictly no waiting for latecomers; re-arrangements will be required for those who miss their collections.
Self Collection at Warehouse (No additional charges)
You can choose to self-collect your item at our warehouse, through selected timeslots.
Upon collection, kindly verify with us your username, collection ID, and contact number.
* Please come within your selected time slot to avoid delays.
* Payment has to be done before collection, otherwise your selected time slot will be cancelled. Re-submission will then be required.
