Kindly submit the top-up request on the SGshop website with your transaction reference number, transferred amount, date and time of transfer. Confirmation of top up takes up to a maximum of 24 hours.
After completing the transfer, you will have to submit a top-up request on our website with the Exact Amount, Transaction Reference Number, Date and Time.
