Dear Valued Customer,

The situation of 2019-nCoV outbreak is getting serious and complicated in Singapore. So Singapore Government has announced to lockdown to prevent further spread of virus.

As you might be aware, the latest directives announced by the Government on 3rd April, non-essential services provided will ceased from Tuesday, 7th April 2020.  

Hence, it is unfortunate our Ubi collection point will be paused the service from 7th April 2020 until further official notice from Singapore Government.

Besides, the Park N Parcel has will also paused the service from 4th April 2020 until further official notice.

We will not be sending any parcels this weekend or Monday and uncollected parcels (in the collection point) will be collected and returned back to Park and parcel’s warehouse on Monday 6th April 2020.

We seek your understanding for the last minute change due to the sudden measures.

Please contact our customer service team if you would like to change your collection method to Blu-port or Budget Delivery.
