China Customs has tightened the export against medical supplies for better quality control, such as masks, protective suits, thermometer, Covid-19 test kit and etc, effective from 1st April 2020. In order to follow the new rule, we has made the following adjustments for medical supplies under 【Buy-For-Me / Smartshop】:
1. The total product price per Order ID is not more than 2000 pcs, order more than 2000 pcs will be refunded to you. *The purchase quantity might be subject to change.
2. After you place an order, we will check with the seller whether the item has relevant certificates. If not, we will refund the order.
3. If the seller can provide relevant certificates, we will continue to process the order. In case you need a copy of the certificates, kindly contact our customer support team.
4. Air shipping is currently unavailable due to the new rule and congestion in airlines' warehouses. Now you can only select Sea Shipping. *It is subject to change, please follow our notice closely.
For orders that are ‘sending to Singapore’, please expect a delay of 1-5 days.
For orders between ‘confirmed’ to ‘pending shipping’, we will try our best to obtain necessary certificates from the seller, however if the item is not qualified, we will refund the order.
As for 【Ship-For-Me】 service, we are able to take orders for relevant medical supplies at the moment as long as you are able to provide the relevant supporting document. Please avoid using Ship-for-me as it has the risk that China Customs might confiscate any medical supplies without proper submission of certificates.
