We regret to inform that additional service fee will be imposed on those incomplete Ship For Me order details submissions that are handed in before the parcels arrived in our China Warehouse.
Since we are only a logistic service agent between customers and do not related with Taobao or other China Website sellers, we can’t view the details of each customer’s purchase. For your info, we assign parcel based on the recipient’s name that is stated on the China Domestic Tracking Note.
Recently there are many China Sellers who don’t fill in the correct recipient’s name on the China Domestic Tracking Note, which is not under our control. Hence our China Warehouse Team needs more manpower and time to check and assign those parcels which are not properly submitted order details into our system. As a result, there will be SGD0.80 of service fee per Order ID for those incomplete detail orders effective from 19th July.
But we still have good news for you! You may kindly follow the steps below to avoid those service fees.
1. You may provide to the China seller our China forwarding address.
2. You have to submit your order details completely in our SGshop website once you have done your purchase at the China shopping website. （China Domestic Tracking Number is the most important. Service fee will be imposed if the details are not submitted completely into our system, before the parcel arrives in our China Warehouse ）
3. Once you have submitted the order on our website, you may check your item status and submit for delivery arrangement on this website.
