The situation of 2019-nCoV outbreak is getting serious and complicated, dozens of cities in China has been lockdown to prevent further spread of virus. Guangzhou, where our warehouse located, is under minor lockdown now.

Unfortunately, All of our China Department (purchasing team,China Warehouse team) in Guangzhou are able to continue operation but there will be a limited staff allowed to work during this periods

Kindly be informed that ALL orders and services in China will have a serious delay, including ‘Buy-for-me’, ‘Ship-for-me’ and ‘Smartshop’ orders. 

Besides, we’re regretted to inform that ALL the international shipment parcels will be delayed as well due to the outbreak of 2019-nCoV virus and caused reducing flight & shipment at harsh times.

We will try our best to arrange with the earliest shipment accordingly.

Although during this delay periods, we would like to inform you that our retention periods will calculated as usual.
Kindly submit delivery order before charging or on time to avoid any late charges.
