Due to 1st October 2022 being China National Day, please take note of the following public holiday and shipping arrangement to avoid unnecessary delay for your order.

- Our China Warehouse and Purchasing Department will not operate from 1st October 2022 until 4th October 2022 and resumed on 5th October 2022. The orders placed within the holiday periods will processing as normal after the next working days. 

For Ship for Me orders, please take note our China Warehouse will not operate so we’re unable to collect your orders from courier and customer need to arrange the seller to send your orders to our warehouse on next working days to avoid unnecessary delay or missing. 

- Most of the China Sellers and China Domestic Courier Companies will be paused from 1st October 2022 to 5th October 2022. Hence, the China domestic delivery speed will be slower than usual;

- Air Shipment Arrangement will be paused on 30th September 2022 to 5th October 2022 and resumed on 6th October 2022;

- Sea Shipment Arrangement will be paused on 30th September 2022 to 5th October 2022 and resumed on 6th October 2022;

- Other departments will not be interrupted.

Besides, the speed of the China Customs Clearance will be slightly slow. However we will try our best to make sure parcels to be delivered before ETA.
